Shipping Rates

• Rates are auto calculated based on the shipping destination
• Enjoy FREE U.S. shipping on orders over $150 (before taxes and discounts).

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Most orders leave our warehouse the next business day after being placed.
• Orders are packed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Wyoming.
• During new arrivals, sales, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Weekend Orders

• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing on Monday and will ship as soon as possible.
• Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Transit Times

• Once your package has shipped, estimated delivery time is typically 2-5 business days.
• Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or your location.
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
• We ship exclusively UPS

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Returns & Store Credit Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Denash Apparel! While we hope every item is a perfect fit, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. To help make the return process as simple as possible, please review our return guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns can be initiated by logging into your customer account through our website.
• Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returns are processed approximately once per week.
• Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All accessories
• Sale items
• Discounted merchandise
• Clearance items
• Special promotional purchases

Additional Return Information

• Customers with a return rate exceeding 15% of total orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee on future returns.
• Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or adjusted once they have been placed.
• Denash Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
