Returns & Store Credit Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Denash Apparel! While we hope every item is a perfect fit, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. To help make the return process as simple as possible, please review our return guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns can be initiated by logging into your customer account through our website.
  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns are processed approximately once per week.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All accessories
  • Sale items
  • Discounted merchandise
  • Clearance items
  • Special promotional purchases

Additional Return Information

  • Customers with a return rate exceeding 15% of total orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee on future returns.
  • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or adjusted once they have been placed.
  • Denash Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
