Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered but we understand things don't always work out.

With that said, we do accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria: 

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. You can request a return by logging into your account from our home page.

Items must be in original packaging and in new and unworn condition with all tags still attached. 

Customer will be refunded in store credit (minus the initial cost of shipping) and will be required to pay for shipping back to us.  Returns are processed once a week so please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. 

All accessories and sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE!

Customers that exceed a 15% return rate will have a 15% restocking fee added to all returns. 

Orders may not be cancelled once they are placed.
